  Our client is a well-established financial services company providing financing solutions to corporate clients. They are currently seeking a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager to support their Marketing Department.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Support daily administrative duties within the department, including operational and marketing-related tasks
  - Manage and oversee the full contractual lifecycle, including Credit Facility Approvals, Purchase Orders, new contracts, amendments, terminations, maturities, and expired contracts
  - Maintain and update customer and supplier data on a regular basis
  - Perform accurate data entry for credit applications, contract acceptance, and disbursement information in internal systems
  - Generate business reports for internal and external stakeholders
  - Ensure all submitted documents are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations
  - Support the creation and updating of SOP manuals as required
  - Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks, including:
  ・Arrange courier services
  ・Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Marketing Department
  ・Assist in handling general sales enquiries and phone calls
