Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager (Banking System / Delivery Lead) with strong proficiency in Japanese and a solid background in IT system development or implementation within the banking sector.【 Responsibilities 】- Serve as the Project Manager (PMO) or Delivery Lead for banking system development or implementation projects.- Oversee project progress, manage milestones, track issues and tasks, and prepare regular progress reports for client stakeholders.- Manage project resources and control overall project cost.- Maintain effective communication with clients, business units, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.- Lead project teams from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.- Manage client expectations and maintain a professional and positive representation of the company.
