They are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide support to Relationship Managers serving Japanese private banking clients. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to private banking and develop a career in client advisory.【 Responsibilities 】- Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers.- Respond to client enquiries and instructions, and assist in resolving requests or issues.- Maintain client data and reports, including contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, and credit review/renewal status.- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, arranging travel, organizing meetings and receptions, and producing presentation materials.
