Our client is a Japanese banking company currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Assist the Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen customer relationships, cross-sell products and services as well as portfolio risk management- Facilitate and support Relationship Manager in completing the transactions especially in documentation of agreement and liaising between our legal and customer over the agreement terms- Review and analyze customers’ financial performance for credit applications- Closely monitor and keep track of latest development of existing accounts- Ensure full compliance of rules & regulation set internally & externally

Our client is a Japanese banking company currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (Fund Investment) to join their team.【Responsibilities】- Support the Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and other limited partner investors, with a focus on private equity funds including venture capital- Conduct market research and analysis in the alternative fund space- Evaluate and assess potential fund investment opportunities- Assist in preparing investment applications for submission to the Head Office, and coordinate with asset managers and relevant internal departments- Manage the fund investment deal closing process, including reviewing and handling documentation- Monitor the performance of invested funds and prepare regular performance updates- Explore and create business opportunities and potential collaborations with portfolio companies of the invested funds
