Our Client, a reputable venture capital company, is seeking a Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Management.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Management and professional staff, including general office administration.
- Maintain and manage filing systems, including the organization and upkeep of legal documents and company records.
- Coordinate and manage calendar schedules for Management and professional staff.
- Perform receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls and attending to visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and document distribution.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, video conferences, and conference calls.
- Prepare presentation materials and documents as required.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flight bookings, visa applications, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
- Process travel and other expense claims in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of training courses and seminars attended for submission to MAS or other professional or licensing bodies, where applicable.
- Monitor and order office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Carry out other administrative or ad hoc duties as assigned by Management or the Company.
