Our client is a boutique law firm specializing in both Japanese and Singaporean legal services. They are looking for a Secretary & HR Executive (Japanese Speaking) to provide administrative, secretarial, and HR support to the firm's operations and legal team.
Reporting to: Director
【Responsibilities】
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
- Prepare Letters of Engagement and other client-related documentation.
- Provide HR administrative support, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment-related documents such as Letters of Appointment.
- Conduct company searches and obtain corporate information from relevant authorities, such as the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, including restaurant reservations, meetings, corporate gatherings, and flight bookings.
- Support payroll and payment administration, including data entry into the banking system.
- Process employee expense claims by collecting supporting documents and arranging payments through the banking system.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to lawyers and the legal team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

【Requirements】
(Must)
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial, administrative, or HR support role.
- Experience supporting Japanese-speaking managers, directors, or clients.
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) is essential to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and support Japanese clients.

- Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience working in a Japanese company or supporting Japanese corporate clients.英語
