Currently, they are looking for a Warehouse Executive, whose primary responsibility will be to assist with warehouse maintenance and cleaning, as well as to oversee warehouse operations.You will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager.【What you will be working on】- Manage and supervise the client's needs and staff under their charge.- Be involved with day-to-day operation functions of the company concerning the movement of our customer's goods.- Coordinate with the company's sub-contractors concerning operation matters.- Guide and train all warehouse supervisors.- Conduct review on distribution systems, packing methods, warehouse operations and logistic planning and recommend the charges if necessary.- Coordinate with the Account Department on the maintenance of all vehicles and equipment in the warehouse. All damages or breakdowns are to be reported immediately to effect swift repairs.- Observe and conduct staff development activities under the supervision of the manager.- Identify training needs and plan for internal or external training schedules.- Submit monthly reports to the Manager on warehouse and transport operations and activities.- Perform any other duties as required and directed.
