And also, sometimes to manage 3rd party business (offshore business) to secure and expand business if the business owner is a Singapore customer.- Communicate with our overseas offices to share each sales status and work closely with them to get closer to the business.- Manage the RFQ (Spot, Monthly, 3 months, Annual) with the RFQ team and complete the rate proposal for customers (both Air and Ocean business)- Report irregularities to a direct superior promptly.- Manage troubleshooting if something irregular happens. Investigate the route cause with the Air/Ocean operation team and propose the countermeasure which clarifies the details of 5W1H and discusses future correspondence with the customers.- Create the sales report by timeline every month.- Input the sales progress in the CRM system based on the specific days by timeline.- Be an AR controller according to the account period required by the company
