They are currently looking for a Procurement Executive (Japanese Speaking) to ensure all the order received from customers through sales are processed correctly to be able to deliver products to sales office/ customer on time, on behalf of our Singapore office.Report to: Production Planning Manager and Team Leader【 Responsibilities】- Handle GR (Good Receiving) tasks based on invoices from subcontractors- Execute Goods Receiving (GR) operations based on subcontractor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.- Verify and cross-check the Acceptance Checklist against invoices to confirm completeness and compliance.- Review, validate, and resolve discrepancies in invoices to maintain accuracy in financial and inventory records.- Prepare and update the list to track outstanding or pending items.- Generate and issue Goods Movement Forms to support smooth material flow and proper documentation.- Prepare and distribute essential documents such as Parts Provision List, Delivery Notes (DN), and Credit Notes to subcontractors in a timely manner.- Ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling SAP system data with actual physical stock; investigate and resolve variances when identified.- Maintain systematic and accurate filing of documents for traceability and compliance.- Compile and prepare necessary reports and documentation to support external and internal audit requirements.- Escalate and report any irregularities, discrepancies, or operational issues promptly to the Production Planning Manager and Team Leader for resolution.
