In this role, you will support the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to ensure projects are executed efficiently and successfully.This position reports to the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager.【Responsibilities】- Carry out technical calculations required for selecting equipment such as fans.- Review technical calculations provided by manufacturers and customers for accuracy and compliance.- Liaise with manufacturers in advance on equipment drawing preparation and provide clear drawing instructions.- Check equipment production drawings to ensure compliance with contract specifications.- Review drawings and guide BIM operators in creating digital models.- Monitor material delivery schedules, track order deadlines, and follow up with suppliers as needed.- Monitor construction progress and recommend or implement improvements to address delays.- Prepare construction manuals and equipment delivery plans, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Participate in meetings, coordinate with other departments, and provide guidance to team members.
