Client Development & Strategic Growth (30%)- Support the preparation of proposals, client pitches, presentations, and GeBIZ tenders to help secure new business opportunities.- Coordinate and support key client account planning initiatives, ensuring agreed actions and growth strategies are effectively implemented.- Assist lawyers in identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.- Organise and support business development events, client networking activities, seminars, and relationship-building initiatives.2. Market Intelligence & Research (20%)- Conduct research on existing and prospective clients, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.- Monitor sector-specific developments and identify opportunities to support business growth across targeted industries.- Prepare market intelligence reports and client insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.3. Marketing, Communications & Brand Building (30%)- Coordinate the firm's participation in industry conferences, sponsorships, memberships, networking events, and business development initiatives.- Manage submissions for legal directories and industry rankings, including Chambers Asia Pacific, Legal 500 Asia Pacific, and IFLR1000.- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including capability statements, practice brochures, lawyer profiles, and client-facing materials.- Support the firm's digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media platforms, client alerts, newsletters, and e-marketing campaigns.- Work with lawyers and internal stakeholders to develop thought leadership content that enhances the firm's market profile.4. Knowledge & Experience Management (10%)- Maintain the firm's experience database and track representative matters across practice groups.- Manage and update records relating to awards, rankings, accolades, and firm credentials.- Ensure marketing and business development information remains accurate, current, and readily accessible.5. Events & Stakeholder Management (10%)- Plan and coordinate client events, seminars, conferences, and networking activities from concept through execution.- Liaise with lawyers, clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event delivery.- Support post-event follow-up activities and relationship management initiatives.
