Overview
Responsible for managing and coordinating sourcing and procurement activities for the company including materials and services.
Job Description:
1. Responsible for delivering cost savings targets through a competitive bidding process and effective negotiation of supply and service agreements.
2. Responsible for performing all aspects of procurement activities in support of major initiatives including stakeholder requirement analysis, identification of bidders list, RFP/RFQ development, conducting competitive bid events, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, risk mitigation, supply continuity, and supplier performance.
3. Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and incorporate it into sourcing strategies and agreements.
4. Persuade internal stakeholders to understand Procurement as a strategic while communicating procurement value.
5. Stay abreast of market and industry trends in order to benchmark and develop Procurement best practices.
6. Make sourcing decisions with considering the total value to the Company including quality, service, technology, risk, compliance, and cost.
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

【Basic Function】
- The chief financial officer position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy
- The ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

【Operations】
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
【Financial Information】
- Oversee the issuance of financial information
- Personally review and approve all Form 8-K, 10-K, and 10-Q filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission

【Risk Management】
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry
