Guest Experience & Leadership- Lead all service periods, ensuring exceptional and consistent guest experiences- Champion company culture, storytelling, and service philosophy- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution- Build strong guest relationships and drive repeat business2. Operations Management- Oversee daily operations across front and back of house to ensure efficiency and service excellence- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational checklists- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations- Monitor and manage POS systems (e.g., Revel) and reservation platforms (e.g., SevenRooms)- Drive continuous improvement through regular operational reviews and problem-solving- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership3. Team Leadership & People Development- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and team members- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies- Implement structured training programs and succession planning- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-ones, and appraisals- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and strong employee engagement4. Financial & Commercial Management- Take full ownership of P&L performance for assigned outlet(s)- Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and service excellence- Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, including cash handling5. Business Initiatives & Growth- Support new menu launches, concept rollouts, and promotional campaigns- Lead and execute events, activations, and partnerships- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and revenue growth- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments
