    Our client is a Japan-based IT consulting firm specializing in system infrastructure and database security. They are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to provide technical guidance and support the team across design, development, deployment, and production stabilization phases.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Design, develop, and maintain applications using intra-mart.
    - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to ensure system performance and stability.
    - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
    - Support application deployment activities and ensure smooth production releases and operational stability.
    - Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - At least 3–5 years of strong hands-on experience in middleware setup, system design, and deployment.
    - Strong experience in application development using Java.
    - Solid experience with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with NTT DATA intra-mart, including platform setup and application development.
    - Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools for deployment pipelines and release management.
    - Experience with automation tools for application testing, such as UiPath or other RPA/test automation tools.
