Job Description
Our Client is a Japanese Listed Company in the gaming and digital entertainment industry. This role of a Business Development Executive is responsible for driving regional business development, licensing partnerships, and sales expansion across APAC. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

【 Responsibilities 】
- Develop and manage B2B sales and licensing partnerships across Southeast Asia and selected APAC markets
- Identify and secure new distribution channels and business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements
- Manage key accounts and maintain long-term partner relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to support product launches and campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analysis
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- At least 5 years of Regional B2B sales or business development experience, including at least around 2 years of experience in the IP/Game industries, gaming, digital content, media, entertainment, or licensing
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and commercially minded
(Advantageous)
- Working experience in a Japanese Company
- E-Gaming industry experience
- Proven track record in partnership development and revenue growth
- Leadership capability or experience managing a team
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumenEnglish Level
