Job Description
大手日系ITコンサルティング企業にて、銀行向けITコンサルティングプロジェクトにおいて、EUC(エンドユーザーコンピューティング)ソリューションの開発・運用をリードおよび支援いただく、EUCマネージャー/アシスタントマネージャーを募集しています。
【 業務内容 】
・主にMicrosoft Access、Excelを用いたEUCツールの開発・改善・保守
・SSIS、ストアドプロシージャ、PowerShellスクリプト、SQL Server など、Windows Server環境におけるデータベースおよび関連技術を用いたシステムの設計・開発・保守
・ウォーターフォール型開発における、システム開発ライフサイクル(SDLC)全体の管理
・3〜4名規模のエンジニアチームのリード・マネジメント
※必要に応じて、自身も開発業務に携わっていただきます
・主に銀行のIT部門を中心としたステークホルダーとの窓口対応
・エンドユーザーとコミュニケーションを取り、技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明に落とし込む対応

Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・ITコンサルティングおよび/または銀行関連ITプロジェクトにおける最低10年の関連実務経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・コンサルティング企業でのコンサルティング経験
・金融IT部門および金融関連システム/プロジェクトの実務経験
・ウォーターフォール手法を用いたエンドツーエンドのSDLC管理実績
・SSIS、ストアドプロシージャ、PowerShellスクリプト、SQL Server、Windows Serverを含むデータベース・サーバー関連技術における経験
・チームリーダーシップ経験
【 歓迎条件 】
・Microsoft Access VBA(フォーム、クエリ、モジュール、テーブル、レポート、マクロ)の使用経験

Job Description
Our client, a leading energy and infrastructure company. Since last year, our client has set up an Asia Regional ICT Hub in Singapore, which supports 7 group companies across the region. The Hub is responsible for IT support, operations, infrastructure, and security management, in collaboration with the headquarters and other regional ICT teams in the Americas and Europe. They also provide consulting and on-site support for group-wide ICT initiatives.You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT support across three core domains: IT End-User Support, Network Operations, and Information Security. This role provides direct IT support to the Singapore office and co-supports up to eight group companies across Asia Pacific in collaboration with local IT staff. You will also act as a Information Security Lead, working closely with the Information Security Manager and HQ teams to drive security initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and security awareness programs across the region.This role requires a hands-on technical professional with strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to operate effectively within a regional and global IT environment.Reports To: ICT General Manager【Responsibilities】1. IT End-User Support (60%)- Provide Level 1 (L1) IT helpdesk support, including employee IT onboarding and offboarding.- Manage IT support service levels (SLA) and ensure service KPIs are met.- Procure, manage, and maintain IT assets such as laptops, mobile phones, monitors, AV equipment, and accessories.- Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents; implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence.- Develop and maintain user guides, IT operation SOPs, and internal IT policies.- Conduct IT training and briefings for users, including onboarding sessions for new employees.- Support internal and external audit activities (e.g. Corporate Audit, Internal Audit) to ensure compliance with IT best practices.- Provide IT support for company events and conferences, including audio/video conferencing setup.- Liaise with external vendors for IT support, procurement, implementation, and maintenance.2. Network Support (20%)- Manage the Singapore office’s network infrastructure, including LAN, VLAN, internet connectivity, and VPNs.- Procure, install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points).- Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and security fixes.- Monitor network performance, traffic, and utilization; proactively address issues.- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance problems.- Maintain up-to-date documentation for network topology, configurations, IP addressing, and operational procedures.- Administer end-user network accounts, authentication, and access rights.- Conduct regular network security audits and vulnerability assessments.- Work closely with HQ network teams to ensure compliance with the Group companies and industry network standards.- Provide technical guidance to end-users on network-related issues.- Coordinate with vendors on network-related support, procurement, and implementation.3.
