    Our Client is Lifeboat, Davit, FFE & LSA inspection Company that originally comes from Japan. They are currently seeking a Service Engineer (Fire Fighting Equipment) to ensure the proper functioning, safety, and compliance of all onboard Fire Fighting Equipment.

    You will be reporting to the department manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Perform inspection, maintenance, and certification of all types of Fire Fighting Equipment, including fire pumps, hoses, extinguishers, and fixed systems.
    - Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning of new FFE onboard vessels or in shipyards.
    - Prepare service reports, certificates, and maintenance documentation.
    - Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding FFE operations and maintenance.
    - Attend onboard, offshore, and shipyard servicing jobs.
    - Support overseas service assignments and business trips.
    - Ensure all work complies with IMO / SOLAS / Class requirements and safety standards.
    - Assist in Lifeboat and Liferaft tasks if required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 1 year of experience in Fire-Fighting Equipment (FFE) servicing.
    - Candidates with prior firefighting experience and relevant technical skills are welcome.
    - Willing to work onboard vessels and in shipyard environments.
    - Able to work safely onshore and offshore while following all safety procedures.
    - Willing to travel for business trips within the Asian region (usually 1–3 days, depending on client requirements).

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working onboard ships.
    - Several years of experience as a Service Engineer in lifeboat, liferaft, or FFE servicing, covering various types of boats, rafts, and equipment.
