• Job Description

  Our client, a well-known Japanese trading company, is currently looking for a Trade Operations Officer (1 Year Contract) for their food department. Depending on the business needs, there might be an opportunity to convert into permanent staff.
  
  Department: Food Department
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Manage end-to-end execution of trade contracts, including documentation (Contract, Shipping Instructions, Shipping Documents, Delivery Orders, etc.) and coordination of delivery schedules.
  - Issue contract sheets to customers and prepare shipping documents from suppliers.
  - Send complete sets of shipping documents and provide timely shipping instructions for material shipments.
  - Arrange supplier payments promptly and monitor customer receivables to ensure timely collection.
  - Track and report on credit limit balances.
  - Input and maintain transaction data accurately in the accounting system.
  - Prepare and manage stock inventory reports.
  - Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for delivery arrangements, permits, and inspections.
  - Monitor overall trade operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  - Support the Section Manager and Commercial team in enhancing business operations.
  - Maintain proper filing and management of all documents, including soft copies of contracts in the internal system.
