    They are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Security Services) to spearhead sales growth and client acquisition in the security services sector. The ideal candidate will bring industry experience, strong networks, and a proven ability to develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent client relationships.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Identify and develop new business opportunities (100% hunting) in security services (manned guarding, electronic security, integrated solutions).
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, facility managers, and government agencies.
    - Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    - Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    - Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.
    - Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new contracts.
    - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
    - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
    - Provide insights to management regarding client requirements, service improvements, and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - 2 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the security services industry (manned guarding, electronic security, or integrated solutions).
    - Strong network and established contacts in the security or facilities management sector.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    - Willing to do outdoor sales and visit clients to strengthen relationships and new contracts
    - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

    (Advantageous)
    - Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred.
    - Possession of a security industry license (if required by law) will be an added advantage.
