    Our client, a listed firm specializing in electronic components, is currently seeking a Sales Support Executive to support their expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and assisting sales team members.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    (Inside Sales/Sales Support/ 95% Farming Sales)
    - Handle assigned customers and provide support in:
    o Forecast and order planning
    o Delivery and quality issue coordination
    o Preparation of technical documents
    o Other related matters
    - Provide assistance to Sales team members in:
    o Preparing quotations
    o Preparing technical documents
    o Coordinating with other team members and customers
    o Primarily a desk-based role, with occasional joint visits with Sales team
    - Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum "A" level or Diploma qualification (O-Level with relevant industry experience may be considered)
    - At least 2 years of B2B sales support experience, preferably in the Electronics Components or manufacturing industry
    - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (There will be a test during the interview)
    - Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients within the ASEAN region
    - Independent, proactive, and adaptable with a positive working attitude
    - Willingness and flexibility to manage both desk-bound and field-based assignments (mostly will be desk-bound, but visiting customers might be required)

    - Educational background in Sales & Marketing or Electronics-related disciplines
    - Experience in the electronic components industry will be a strong advantage
