  Our client, an established Japan-based design company, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to develop client relationships and manage the sales process for office and retail design projects, from initial enquiry through project completion. This role reports to the Manager.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Develop new business opportunities through client outreach and site visits.
  - Manage office and retail projects from initial discussions through completion, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
  - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  - Prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and finalise sales agreements.
  - Work with creative teams to ensure proposed designs and project delivery meet client requirements.
  - Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
