担当業務は日本の中小企業向けにSNS広告の販売・促進となり、お電話・メール・チャットボックスで営業活動を行います。
【 業務内容 】
・SNS広告のソリューションエキスパートとして、マーケティング目標に合った広告主へのアドバイス提供
・日本の中小企業と連携して広告の掲載結果を改善
・業者と協力して、広告顧客のサポート、製品に関するコンサルティング、コーチングの支援
・データ分析を実行し、顧客のプラン改善の提案、事業成長の支援
・顧客の傾向を把握し、パートナーサポート、プロセスを強化し、ワークフローの改善を担当
・顧客のフィードバックを統合し、内部及び外部のステークホルダーへ月次・四半期の取り組みの進捗状況の報告
・顧客のフィードバックを収集し、広告商品や顧客体験を強化

・営業経験をお持ちの方、あるいは営業職に挑戦されたい方
