The incumbent will report directly to the COO.【 What you will be doing 】- Preparation of monthly financial statements/reports for the company and its associated companies.- Bank reconciliation and reconciliation of all the financial accounts, including daily trading reconciliations of the exchange platform- Payments and all functions of AR & AP.- Assist in the full range of financial functions, including invoice creation, preparing and providing supporting documents for audits for the group- Liaise with the company’s accounting firm and provide necessary information for year-end closing, and preparation of statutory accounts.- Liaise with local banks and online banks regarding incoming and outgoing transactions, opening of bank accounts and maintenance of bank accounts- Ensure bank accounts of various entities are adequately funded for payment purposes in multiple currencies- Perform financial analysis and monitor platform transaction metrics, present data in an easy-to-understand manner to the top management- Communicating with other departments to understand their business activity, checking of relevant payments and properly conduct data entries
