They are currently looking for a Corporate Secretarial Assistant who can handle the full spectrum of company secretarial duties for their clients.【 What you will be doing 】-Prepare resolutions and minutes of directors’ and shareholders’ meetings.-Support customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring).-Assist with company incorporation, registration of foreign entities, and other corporate secretarial matters. (Knowledge and understanding of VCC is a bonus.)-Maintain statutory registers, including the Register of Controllers, Nominee Directors, Nominee Shareholders, and Minute Books-Assist in company formation, annual compliance requirements, and ongoing corporate administration.-Prepare and file statutory returns with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).-E-stamp transfer forms with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).-Staying updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory requirements.-Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements stipulated in the Companies Act-Work on other incidental work as assigned from time to time.
