Our Client is a global legal firm headquartered in Japan. They are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers in their Singapore office. This role reports directly to the lawyers.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Print, scan, and file legal and administrative documents
- Book meeting rooms and arrange web meetings
- Answer and route telephone calls in a professional manner
- Attend to visitors and perform receptionist duties, including preparing refreshments
- Arrange courier services and handle incoming/outgoing deliveries
- Manage office equipment, stationery, and inventory levels
- Assist with restaurant and travel reservations as required
- Maintain lawyers’ schedules and appointment calendars
- Keep records of business contracts and legal documentation
- Prepare and manage client invoices and KYC (Know-Your-Client) forms
- Provide general legal secretarial and administrative support as required
资格
应征条件
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in a Japanese company
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1 level) is required to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking counterparts in both written and spoken form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel英文
