Employee Relations - Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs. - Assist in handling employee enquiries and providing HR guidance. - Conduct exit interviews and support compilation of feedback and turnover trends. - Participate in HR process improvements and policy updates. - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required. 4.
