They are looking for a Sales Strategy Manager (Semiconductor & Factory Automation) to lead and grow our semiconductor sales function. This role will drive new business development and expand the sales performance from enquiry to completion across the semiconductor and industrial automation markets.Department: Semiconductor (SEMICON) DepartmentReporting To: Department Manager【Responsibilities】- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and long-term business objectives.- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities, risks, and strategic gaps.- Formulate and review pricing strategies, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.- Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts, particularly major semiconductor manufacturers and OEM/EMS customers.- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and an extensive customer network within the semiconductor industry.- Drive customer engagement by promoting company solutions that address both technical and commercial requirements.- Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide strategic recommendations to management based on market intelligence.- Coordinate product launches, technical presentations, and customer briefings in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.- Gather and consolidate customer feedback and market insights, and work with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement of products, solutions, and sales approaches.
