Ventilation Systems- Perform engineering design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of BMS, DDC, and PLC control systems.- Develop and modify control logic, programming, and graphical user interfaces (GUI) for building automation projects.- Configure and integrate communication networks using BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based protocols.- Review HVAC mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate implementation.- Design and validate air-side and water-side control sequences to maximize energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability.- Support project teams during installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning activities.- Prepare engineering documentation including:a. Control narrativesb. Point listsc. I/O schedulesd. Commissioning reportse. Operation & Maintenance manuals- Evaluate and implement modern automation technologies and control architectures.- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.- Conduct technical training and workshops on HVAC control systems and BMS solutions.- Travel overseas when required to support project execution, commissioning, troubleshooting, and engineering training.
