Our client, a provider of automation and precision solutions for industrial devices, is currently seeking a Assistant Regional Sales Manager to enhance their sales activities.
Reporting to: General Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
1. New Customer Acquisition (ASEAN Region)
- Introduce the company's products to prospective customers in untapped markets.
- Understand customer requirements, provide technical support, and negotiate pricing.
- Support new product launches into mass production.
- Coordinate product specifications with suppliers and technical teams in Japan.
- Manage projects and ensure smooth execution.
2.Existing Customer Account Management (ASEAN Region)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer contacts.
- Coordinate product deliveries to customers.
- Manage PSI (Production, Sales, and Inventory).
- Monitor and manage sales performance.
资格
任职资格
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to undertake business development activities.
- Willingness to travel overseas for regional business activities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking and writing) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least one previous employment tenure of 3 years or more.
(Advantageous)
- Educational background in Electronics or a related field.
- Experience and knowledge in semiconductors and electronic components.英文
