日系ITコンサルティングファームにて、ビジネスアナリスト・リード（Lead Business Analyst / PMO）を募集しています。銀行の トランザクション変革プロジェクトをご担当いただきます。ビジネス機会の発掘、顧客ニーズに応じたITソリューションの提案、ならびに契約締結後のプロジェクトをエンドツーエンドでリードしていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・本社およびシンガポール拠点との進捗フォロー、フィードバック提供、QA（品質保証）支援を通じたシステム改修プロジェクトのサポート
・顧客向けシステム移行に伴う各種アナウンス、データフォーマット要件の説明、ペニーテスト（少額送金テスト）の調整・実施
・銀行間データ交換領域の移行に関する各銀行への通知、データフォーマット要件の整理・説明、およびペニーテストの調整
・プロジェクト全体のタスク進捗管理および課題解決の推進
・プロジェクトにおけるTo-Be（将来像）計画書のレビュー
・Fit-Gap分析の実施
・トランザクションバンキング業務の観点から要件を定義・整理し、プロジェクトチームへフィードバックを提供
・顧客部門との社内および部門横断ミーティングの調整・ファシリテーション
・プロジェクトにアサインされた社内メンバーとの連携・協働
资格
任职资格
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・コンサルティングファームにおいて、ビジネスアナリストまたはコンサルタントとして5年以上の実務経験を有する方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・ペイメント（決済）またはトランザクションバンキング（キャッシュマネジメント）関連プロジェクトのご経験
・MT101、MT103、pain.001、pacs.008、camt.053、camt.052、MT940、MT942などの決済関連データフォーマットに関する知識
・業務要件定義、Fit-Gap分析、およびステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
【 歓迎要件 】
・銀行システムの導入、機能改善、または移行プロジェクトの支援経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験（進捗管理、課題管理、スコープ管理、ベンダーコントロール等）
