Our client is a synthetic and steel wire rope sling manufacturer.
The Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department.
【Responsibilities】
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operations Department, including Production, Warehouse, Testing, and Logistics
- Generate and issue test certificates
- Control manufacturers’ and third-party certificates
- Liaise with logistics division and sales personnel on certificate deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of all in-house test certificates before issuance
- File all certificates and paperwork in both hardcopy and softcopy formats
- Maintain complete history records of client products in use
- Generate Certificates of Conformance from suppliers’ websites
- Handle general document control
- Update all jobs in Excel based on the timesheet provided by the Technical Service Department
- Ensure smooth running of office operations and provide general office administration support to the company
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

任职资格
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- At least ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Meticulous, able to multitask, and an independent individual with initiative, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with standard units of measurement calculations
- Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Comfortable with 5.5 days work week
(Advantageous)
- Secretarial experience and courses attended are an advantage
- Has experience in issuing product certificates/QC related英文
