Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are looking for a Strategic Supplier Manager.This is a highly strategic role that combines program management, supplier management, and supply chain strategy. Initially, you will focus on establishing and ramping up Global Integration Centers by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness, and driving successful implementation. As these centers mature, your focus will transition toward managing long-term strategic supplier relationships, strengthening supply chain resilience, and supporting global business growth.You will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Product Management, and senior leadership to ensure suppliers are aligned with future technology roadmaps and business objectives.【Responsibilities】Global Integration Center (GIC) Development- Lead the setup, ramp-up, and implementation of Global Integration Centers (GICs).- Drive project execution, operational readiness, and stabilization of new integration centers.- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones, timelines, and capacity targets are achieved.Strategic Supplier Management- Develop and execute long-term supplier strategies for Tier 1 suppliers.- Manage supplier relationships throughout the full supplier lifecycle.- Ensure supplier capabilities support long-term business and supply network strategy.Commercial & Contract Management- Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term supplier agreements.- Drive value creation through cost optimization, innovation, and balanced commercial risk management.- Ensure appropriate contractual governance across strategic suppliers.Supplier Performance & Risk Management- Establish supplier performance management frameworks.- Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.- Manage supplier capacity, supply continuity, and business risks.Capacity & Supply Network Planning- Support strategic capacity planning and supplier allocation.- Strengthen supply chain resilience through supplier diversification and optimization initiatives.- Ensure scalability and business continuity across the Tier 1 supplier network.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Commodity Management, Operations, Engineering, R&D, Product Management, and Quality teams.- Align supplier strategies with future technology roadmaps and business priorities.- Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.Continuous Improvement- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and supply base optimization.- Promote collaboration and operational excellence across internal and external stakeholders.KPI Management- Monitor and improve supplier performance through key metrics, including:a. On-Time Delivery (OTD)b. Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)c. Cost Stabilityd. Product Qualitye. Cost Reduction Initiatives- Develop mitigation plans and improvement actions where required.

They manage, own, and operate a global fleet of dry cargo vessels, chemical tankers, and woodchip carriers.They are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Manager to support the growth of the Energy Division across Singapore and the Asia/Oceania region. The candidate must be an enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated individual with real passion for the above segments, and possess experience in the shipping business, such as owning, managing, chartering, and operating vessels. This role will focus on business development, stakeholder management, project execution, and regional coordination within the energy and shipping sectors.The candidate is also responsible for ensuring that the daily business activities are in compliance with the Group company and business policies. Although it depends on the specific scope of work, he/she reports to the Director/General Manager/Deputy General Manager. He/she must ensure timely and accurate responses to customers' requests and liaise with each stakeholder (internal/external) for smooth coordination for all transactions.【 Responsibilities 】- Drive business development activities and expand commercial opportunities for the Energy Division across Singapore and the Asia/Oceania region.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, business partners, and key stakeholders while actively developing new customer networks.- Represent the company's Energy Division in commercial discussions, negotiations, and regional business engagements.- Lead and coordinate regional projects related to shipping and energy businesses, including commercial operations, project execution, and stakeholder management.- Collaborate closely with internal departments and overseas offices to ensure smooth execution of existing business operations and new initiatives.- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to regional teams and local staff across Asia/Oceania to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.- Monitor and analyze developments in energy markets, industry trends, and government policies within the Asia/Oceania region, and provide regular reports and strategic insights to management and Tokyo HQ.- Support management in strategic planning, business expansion initiatives, and operational improvements.- Undertake additional responsibilities and ad hoc assignments as required by the business.
