将来的にはタイまたはベトナム拠点の責任者として、事業開発や組織運営にも携わっていただくことを想定しております。
【 業務内容 】
■新規営業(約80%)
・日系企業への新規アプローチ(リスト作成、電話・メール、商談設定)
・人事・組織課題のヒアリングおよび仮説設定
・研修・組織開発プログラムの提案
・提案資料/企画書作成およびクロージング
・潜在ニーズの抽出および商品開発へのフィードバック
・見積書、請求書作成など営業関連業務
■既存顧客対応(約20%)
・既存クライアントへのフォローアップ
・研修企画立案、各種アレンジメントおよび運営支援
・プロジェクト進行管理および実施後レビュー
■その他
・ビジネスプランニングおよびマーケティング施策検討

资格
任职资格
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・無形商材の営業経験5年以上
※未経験の場合でも、人材開発・組織開発領域への強い関心があれば検討可能
・新規営業力および課題設定~解決までの提案型営業経験
・人・組織開発領域への高い関心
・将来的に海外拠点マネジメントに挑戦する意欲
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
※実務経験がなくても留学・海外経験等を通じてコミュニケーション可能な方は歓迎
・Microsoft Officeスキル(提案書・プレゼン資料作成レベル)
・ASEAN地域への出張が可能な方(月1~2週間程度)
