    Our client is a Lighting Electrical Contractor specializing in various construction projects, including F&B outlets, retail spaces, commercial buildings, and more. They are currently looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Business Development).

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Business Development & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
    - Identify, develop, and secure mid- to large-scale lighting projects across commercial, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, M&E consultants, and main contractors.
    - Lead lighting specification activities to ensure product inclusion at early design and concept stages.
    - Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, technical presentations, and lighting solutions tailored to client requirements.
    - Drive sales performance with focus on EBITDA growth, gross margin improvement, and sustainable revenue.
    - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referral opportunities.

    2. Project Management & Delivery
    - Oversee the full project lifecycle from tendering, costing, procurement, and contract negotiation through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
    - Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, and site installation teams.
    - Coordinate closely with internal teams including procurement, logistics, technical support, and finance to ensure smooth execution.
    - Proactively resolve site issues, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
    - Prepare and manage project documentation, progress reports, risk assessments, and handover materials.

    3. Market Positioning & Brand Representation
    - Strengthen Koizumi Lighting’s brand presence among key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
    - Influence lighting design and specifications through early-stage engagement with consultants and designers.
    - Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and design forums to enhance market visibility and credibility.

    4. Strategic & Team Contribution
    - Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and commercial insights to senior management.
    - Support annual sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
    - Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering strong sales discipline and project execution standards.
    - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

    5. Ad-hoc Duties
    - Perform any other responsibilities as assigned in line with business needs.

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
    - At least 10 years of senior sales & business development experience within the lighting, construction materials, and/or building solutions industry.
    - More than 10 years of established network with developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors in Singapore.
    - Proven track record in winning and delivering complex, mid- to large-scale projects.
    - Strong knowledge of lighting products, installation processes, and project management fundamentals.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts

    (Advantageous)
    - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical /Electronic Engineering
    - Technical knowledge of lighting systems is a strong advantage
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
