※セールス・マーケティング マネージャー直下のポジションです
【 業務内容 】
1) 新規ビジネス開発
- 東南アジア地域における新規顧客アカウントの特定・アプローチ・開拓
- ネットワーク、紹介、コールドコールを通じたリード獲得・新規案件の創出
- 中長期的な事業成長を見据えた戦略計画の策定・実行
- 顧客リードの管理、問い合わせ対応、プロジェクト実行までのフォロー
- キャンペーン、技術セミナー、マーケティングイベントなど販促活動の計画・実施
- 販売代理店に対して戦略・方針・事業情報を共有、ビジネス開発を支援
2) 既存顧客アカウントの管理
- 既存顧客の新規プロジェクト機会を特定し、ニーズの創出を推進
- 一貫したサポートを通じて顧客との長期的な関係を構築・維持
- 新製品ラインの紹介・提案を通じて既存顧客内での売上拡大の推進
- 納期や問い合わせへの対応
3) オペレーションおよびカスタマーサポート
- カスタマーサービスチームと連携しての出荷手配
- 製品関連の事業情報を顧客および販売代理店に共有、戦略的指針を提供
- 製品変更通知(PCN)および製品終息(EOL)通知の管理、関係各所からの承認取得

- 電子部品の営業経験3年以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- Microsoft 365アプリケーションおよびSAPに精通している方
