【 業務内容 】
・既存顧客のフォローアップ(新規獲得の営業活動業務はございません)
・アカウントマネージャーが獲得した新規プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう、社内のサイトマネージャーと協業して進捗管理
・既存顧客先を訪問し、状況やニーズをヒアリングすることで潜在的なビジネスチャンスや顧客ニーズを発掘、サイトマネージャーに連携、顧客のニーズを形にするためにできる方法をチームで考え提案
・その他の事務サポート業務(例:請求書発行等)
资格
应征条件
【 必須条件 】
・ビジネス初級レベルの英語力、英語で話すことに抵抗がない方
・関連業界のご経験、もしくはアカウントマネジメントとして顧客の課題やコンセプト設計に寄り添い、プロジェクトの進捗管理を行ったご経験をお持ちの方
・インテリア、デザインへの興味関心

They are establishing new business operations in Singapore and are seeking an Executive Assistant (Japanese Speaking) to support the CEO and the growth of the business.This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, customer engagement, and international business, providing opportunities to develop leadership capabilities for future responsibilities.Reporting to: CEO【Responsibilities】- Operate and manage the company’s existing e-commerce site.- Support office relocation and setup activities.- Work closely with the CEO to understand business operations and contribute to strategic initiatives.- Participate in product packaging and shipping to gain comprehensive operational knowledge.- Provide consecutive interpretation between Japanese and English during client meetings.- Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and secretarial support for the CEO.- Represent the company in meetings with international Mints and business partners.- Travel abroad periodically with the CEO to build relationships with Mints and government agencies.- Perform any other duties as assigned to support business operations and expansion.
