This role focuses primarily on existing customer management (approximately 90%), with a secondary focus on new business development (approximately 10%).【 Responsibilities 】- Manage Japanese customers' enquiries or feedback and ensure that their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.- Develop strong bonds with the assigned clients while actively seeking new clients to broaden market penetration.- Facilitate and handle business enquiries regarding sales and products.- Assist in information gathering and market intelligence.- Function as the key interface on supply chain transactions, technical issues, problem-solving, analyzing the technical problem and initiating corrective action for all sales territories.- May require travel to provide technical assistance or assist in business activities in Japan, China and Indonesia.- To negotiate, manage and track contracts, purchase orders and invoices.- Responsible for new business development by proactively discussing/proposing areas for growth and implementing initiatives to grow.
