Our client, a leading IT company, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Senior Analyst to support the finance team in Singapore.Reporting To: CFO【 Responsibilities 】- Coordinate various matters with the head office in Japan in English.- Handle full-set accounting transactions for the Singapore entity, from data entry to financial reporting, and analyze account information.- Liaise with bankers, internal auditors, and external auditors for the Singapore entity.- Perform variance analysis on subsidiaries’ monthly financial reports, inventory, and ageing receivables.- Conduct monthly meetings to review reports submitted by subsidiaries’ accountants.- Provide monthly financial overviews to the Regional CFO.- Review accounting processes and procedures within the Southeast Asia region.- Participate in system implementation projects and support regional meetings or events.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
