• Job Description

  Our client, a prestigious Japanese financial institution, is seeking an Associate – M&A Advisory (Vietnamese Speaking) to support cross-border M&A advisory activities across the Asia-Pacific region within its Investment Banking Division.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Provide financial advisory (FA) services, including supporting Japanese companies with overseas investments in the ASEAN region.
  - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full transaction lifecycle and demonstrate strong commitment throughout the process.
  - Conduct research and prepare presentation materials under the guidance of senior team members.
  - Support negotiations and coordination among stakeholders involved in M&A transactions, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and target company management.
  - Provide transaction execution support as directed by senior team members.
  - Conduct research and extract relevant data for analysis and presentation materials.
  - Assist in coordinating communication among all parties involved in M&A transactions
