  • Job Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to deliver cybersecurity services and advisory support to customers across the APAC region.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Deliver cybersecurity services to customers across APAC, including assessments, advisory, and implementation support
    - Understand customer requirements and business objectives, and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions
    - Provide technical and managerial advisory using cybersecurity knowledge and technologies to add value
    - Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with internal technical teams and third-party vendors
    - Design secure IT systems and networks, and provide support for technical issues
    - Execute projects independently and collaboratively, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
    - Monitor risks and proactively escalate and communicate with team members and stakeholders when necessary
    - Provide technical advice, training, and support to customers’ IT staff as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
    - At least 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity within a corporate environment
    - Proven experience working as a cybersecurity specialist
    - Experience in managing project tasks related to cybersecurity initiatives
    - Strong knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity activities:
    • Cybersecurity assessment
    • Network / Infrastructure vulnerability check
    • Penetration testing
    - Strong knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity tools: Vulnerability scanning, Penetration testing

    (Advantageous)
    - Knowledge or experience in:
    • IT audit / IT internal control
    • Endpoint Management / Behavioral Analytics / Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
    • Cybersecurity standards / guidelines (NIST / PCI DSS / ISO 27001 / ISMS / HIPAA)
    - Security-related certifications are a plus: CISSP / CISA / ISO 27001
