  Our client is seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer who can bridge both business and technical domains. This role combines hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform with business analysis and project coordination to drive automation and digital transformation across the organization.
  
  You will collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflow solutions, and implement AI-enabled document processing tools. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, business-oriented, and able to translate user needs into practical and scalable automation solutions.
  
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  1) Automation Development
  - Develop workflow automation using Power Automate
  - Build user-friendly business applications with Power Apps
  - Manage and maintain Dataverse solutions, including data structure and user permissions
  - Implement document automation using AI Builder and OCR tools
  - Create AI copilots/chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
  - Support workflows using SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
  - Manage Power Platform environments, deployments, and version control
  - Establish governance policies such as security, access control, and DLP policies
  - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  
  2) Business Analysis & Solution Design
  - Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes
  - Gather and analyze business requirements from users
  - Convert business requirements into technical solution designs
  - Analyze workflows and suggest process improvements
  
  3) Project Delivery & Governance
  - Work closely with developers and business users to ensure successful project delivery
  - Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activities
  - Track KPIs such as time savings and error reduction
  - Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices
  
  4) AI / Digital Transformation
  - Support AI-driven document automation for invoices, PO, logistics documents, etc.
  - Design governance and security controls for AI copilots
  - Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and Azure
  - Monitor copilot performance and user adoption
  - Support digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  - Promote user adoption and support change management activities
