Our client, a leading Japanese freight forwarding company is looking for Assistant Manager – Warehouse Sales & Freight Solutions to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Drive new warehouse sales opportunities and actively develop new customer relationships.- Responsible for meeting or exceeding expected sales targets.- Collaborate closely with internal teams handling sales of other business divisions to align strategies and maximize synergies.-Conduct customer meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare professional sales materials and proposals.- Preparing periodical reports and meeting the submission deadline.- Perform data analysis and develop insights to support customer proposals and internal decision-making.- Lead and manage project set-ups for new customer accounts, ensuring smooth implementation and successful handover to operations.- Maintain regular business reviews with customers after onboarding, focusing on relationship development and customer satisfaction.- Propose KPI tracking frameworks, performance reviews, and operational improvement plans to customers.
