  Our client is a Japanese-listed consulting firm that supports a well-established financial institution with a strong presence in the region.
  They are currently looking for a Business Analyst (KYC) to join a banking operational workflow improvement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing existing KYC operational processes and supporting the design and implementation of more efficient workflows, including the use of automation tools.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support an end-to-end operational workflow improvement project as part of the bank’s Business Analyst team, focusing primarily on the KYC area.
  - Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders, including PM/PMO members, branch users, IT teams, external vendors, and HQ teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
  - Analyse existing (As-Is) KYC operational workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  - Design and propose future-state (To-Be) workflows to improve operational efficiency, including the use of automation tools where appropriate.
  - Liaise with automation/tool enhancement teams throughout solution design, testing, implementation, and migration.
  - Prepare clear workflow documentation, process maps, and other project-related materials.
