  Our client, is Singapore's luxury jeweller with a heritage dating back to the 1800s. As part of their business expansion, they are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Retail Executive to join their boutique team and deliver exceptional experiences to their clientele.
  
  This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine passion for luxury retail, fine jewellery, and delivering world-class customer experiences. You will represent a prestigious heritage brand, providing personalised consultation to clients while building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  
  In addition to achieving individual sales targets, you will work closely with the boutique team to maintain the highest standards of customer service, visual presentation, inventory management, and operational excellence.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  Luxury Sales & Client Experience
  - Deliver exceptional and personalised customer service throughout the entire client journey.
  - Understand customers' preferences and recommend suitable fine jewellery pieces that meet their needs.
  - Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining excellent service standards.
  - Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers through proactive clienteling activities.
  - Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system to strengthen long-term engagement.
  - Provide outstanding after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  Team Collaboration
  - Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing boutique environment.
  - Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset at all times.
  - Share market observations and customer insights to support business growth.
  - Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate.
  - Handle customer and team-related situations with maturity and professionalism.
  
  Inventory & Boutique Operations
  - Work closely with the Operations team to ensure optimal stock availability.
  - Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and regular stock-taking activities.
  - Maintain boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
  - Adhere to all operational procedures, security protocols, and company policies.
