Our client is a Japanese Trading firm that specializes in electronic components, housing equipment, chemicals, and plastics. This role of Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales related matters.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Sales coordination responsibilities in a trading company dealing with chemicals, IE-related products, plastics, and packaging materials
- Prepare and manage the complete set of export documentation, including Letters of Credit (L/C)
- Handle order processing accurately and within required timelines
- Organize deliveries for both domestic and international orders, while tracking their progress
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments
- Create Sales Orders, Sales Contracts, Delivery Advice/Shipping Instructions, Delivery Orders, Invoices, and Packing Lists using -SAP or manual processes
- Handle the issuance of sales-related Credit and Debit Notes

【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, with strong knowledge of the full set of export shipping documentation including L/C, and experience coordinating with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse providers
- A strong team player who can also work independently, with solid analytical ability, attention to detail, accuracy, and a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
(Advantage)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage; the company is using SAP S/4 HANA英語
