Our client, a provider of automation and precision solutions for industrial devices, is currently seeking a Assistant Regional Sales Manager to enhance their sales activities.
Reporting to: General Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
1. Sales Team Management
- Manage GP (existing accounts or new business development) at AGM–GM level
- Oversee project progress and support sales activities of GP members
- Develop and mentor sales team members
- Coordinate with Japan HQ
2. New Customer Acquisition (ASEAN Region)
- Introduce company products to untapped customers
- Conduct requirement hearings, provide technical support, negotiate pricing
- Support mass production launches
- Coordinate specifications with suppliers and Japanese technical members
- Manage projects
3. Existing Customer Growth (ASEAN Region)
- Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts
- Ensure timely delivery to customers
- Manage PSI
- Monitor and manage sales performance

【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma in any field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in electronics trading
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Willing to do Business Development
- Willingness to travel overseas on a regional basis
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, writing) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- At least one employment history with a tenure of 3 years or more
(Advantageous)
- Educational background in Electronics or related field
- Experience and knowledge in semiconductors and electronic components英語
