    Our client is seeking an experienced Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer who can bridge both business and technical domains. This role combines hands-on development using Microsoft Power Platform with business analysis and project coordination to drive automation and digital transformation across the organization.

    You will collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflow solutions, and implement AI-enabled document processing tools. This role is ideal for someone who is technically capable, business-oriented, and able to translate user needs into practical and scalable automation solutions.


    【 Responsibilities 】
    Automation Development
    - Develop workflow automation using Power Automate (Cloud)
    - Build user-friendly business applications using Power Apps
    - Implement document automation solutions using AI Builder / OCR tools
    - Support SharePoint / Microsoft Lists-based workflows
    - Troubleshoot, support, and resolve production issues

    Business Analysis & Solution Design
    - Identify automation opportunities across multiple departments
    - Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders
    - Translate business requirements into technical design documentation
    - Perform workflow and process mapping to identify optimization points

    Project Delivery & Governance
    - Work closely with automation developers and business users to ensure successful delivery
    - Support UAT planning, testing, and go-live activities
    - Track automation KPIs such as time savings, efficiency improvement, and error reduction
    - Maintain solution documentation, standards, and best practices

    AI / Digital Transformation Initiatives
    - Support AI-driven document automation (e.g. PO, invoices, logistics documents)
    - Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
    - Promote user adoption and support change management activities

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
    - At least 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity within a corporate environment
    - 3–5 years of experience in business systems, automation, or digital transformation
    - Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools
    - Basic understanding of data structures (Excel, SharePoint, Dataverse)
    - Experience gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders
    - Strong analytical skills with process documentation experience
    - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with AI Builder, OCR, or other document processing tools
    - Exposure to Power BI (report consumption or basic analytics)
    - Experience with SAP or ERP systems
    - Understanding of API / JSON
    - Project management or coordination experience
    - Experience working with regional or multi-country teams
