Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company specializing in small electric motors and motion control systems, seeks a Technical Sales Executive/Sales Engineer.
Reporting to: Sales Manager
【 Responsibilities 】
- Grow and manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion
- Attend to sales enquiries, provide sales support, and handle site-related matters
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and present products and technical solutions
- Showcase product features and technical information to customers
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through active follow-up and regular visits
- Gather market trends and competitor information to support sales strategies
- Conduct market research and monitor business environment, trends, and sales performance
- Increase product and brand awareness in the market
- Plan and implement marketing and sales strategies
- Identify potential opportunities and develop solution-based selling approaches
- Arrange customer appointments and conduct frequent customer visits
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Inexperienced electrical engineer who has a strong interest in a sales position are welcome!
- 2-3 years of Sales engineer or front-facing engineering experience within the Factory Automation, Engineering (Especially Motors-related), Electrical, or similar.
- Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
- Willingness to develop strong product and technical knowledge
(Advantageous)
- Possess a Class 3 or 3A car license or a personal car preferred for sales activity in Singapore
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- The ability to join on short notice would be advantageous!英語
