    Our client, a leading IT company, is seeking a Network & Cyber Security Manager to lead and grow their network and security service operations in Singapore.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Lead Network and Cyber Security services in Singapore and keep operations running smoothly.
    - Manage and coach engineers, including local staff and outsourced/remote teams.
    - Plan service strategy, roadmaps, and long-term service growth.
    - Manage budget, pricing, and profitability (P&L).
    - Manage network services such as leased lines, IP-VPN/MPLS, L2VPN, Internet, and multi-carrier networks.
    - Lead cyber security service design and daily operations (EDR/MDR, SOC, vulnerability management, incident response, etc.).
    - Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and internal sales teams.
    - Handle major escalations for network outages, security incidents, high-risk changes, and complex customer issues.
    - Work closely with APAC teams and Japan HQ to align standards and service delivery.
    - Set rules and processes, follow SLAs/policies, keep documents updated, and improve services continuously.

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    -Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant IT field
    - 10+ years of experience in network services, IT infrastructure
    - Server/ Cloud (Linux, Nutanix) implementation and troubleshooting experience
    - Proven leadership in managing technical teams and outsourced/remote engineering resources.
    - Strong hands‑on expertise in IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2/L3 networking, Internet services, and multi‑carrier environments.
    - Understanding of cyber security fundamentals, managed security services, and incident response.
    - Ability to act as a senior engineer during critical troubleshooting or incident escalation.
    - Experience in business planning, P&L ownership, cost management, and service profitability analysis.
    - Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for sales teams, management, and customers.
    - Proficiency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with English and Japan-based stakeholders and regional teams (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working with regional stakeholders and Japan HQ (highly preferred).
