Our client is a reputable company that specializes in purchasing pre-owned luxury brand goods from customers and is currently seeking qualified candidates for the admin support executive.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Provide general accounting support, including data entry and documentation.
- Communicate with external accounting firms regarding monthly and year-end closing.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock checking and updating records.
- Manage and maintain the staff attendance check-in system.
- Provide on-site support at retail stores, if required, for back office tasks.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Proficient in PC operations, including Microsoft Office, and particularly MS Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset with a strong understanding of teamwork
- Flexibility to work primarily at the office, with occasional assignments at retail stores when required for back-office support
(Advantageous)
- Prior experience working in a retail or SME environment is an added advantage英語
