    Our client is a leading IT services and technology consulting company with operations across the Asia Pacific region. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead business development activities focusing on key accounts that require Japanese client engagement.

    This role involves identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Lead business development activities for accounts requiring Japanese client engagement across the APAC region.
    - Act as a bridge between these clients and internal teams, including C-level relationship management.
    - Identify market opportunities and formulate sales strategies to expand IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services projects.
    - Develop tailored ICT solutions to meet client needs.
    - Manage the entire sales cycle, from proposal to contract closure.
    - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver value and maintain key accounts.
    - Conduct market and pricing analysis to design growth strategies and differentiated service offerings.

  • 応募条件

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, presales, or consulting within IT infrastructure or managed services.
    - Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (business level), required to engage with accounts that conduct business in Japanese and to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.
    - Proven track record managing accounts requiring Japanese client engagement and understanding Japanese business practices.
    - Ability to lead consultative sales, design complex solutions, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

    (Advantageous)
    - Knowledge of IT operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and service management frameworks.
