  Our client is a Japanese company that is a market leader in glass and chemical products. Currently, they are looking for a Supply Chain Management Executive position to join their growing team!
  
  Reporting to: Supply Chain Management Manager.
  Division: Flat Glass Division
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage end-to-end order handling, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with all stakeholders.
  - Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks as required.
  - Plan and coordinate shipments based on customer schedules and product availability.
  - Process order revisions (excluding breakage-related changes).
  - Send shipment and order-related documents to customers via email.
  - Review and adjust inventory records to maintain data accuracy and proper stock control.
  - Organize and maintain e-filing for all orders, shipments, and document records.
  - Prepare and process Credit/Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.
  - Prepare weekly and monthly reports and miscellaneous operational updates.
